Lee heads up the UK&I Commercial Lines business which consists of Mid Market, Regions, SME and Delegated. Lee joined the Tower Board in 2014 and is also a Director of the Insurance Corporation of Channel Islands (ICCI) based in Guernsey and Jersey.
Lee joined the RSA Group 24 years ago in a Casualty underwriting role. Lee's experience across key areas of RSA including Global, Sales, Broker Development and the UK Regions business brings a deep understanding of the commercial markets and the requirements to deliver a meaningful proposition to meet the needs of customers and Tower's broker partners.
